Join us in this safe space as we receive energy on a deep cellular level from sound using gongs, rainstick and crystal bowls, that cater to certain chakras, such as the heart space, sacral and more.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES:
All attendees must wear a mask at all times while inside the studio.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session to get settled.
We will do a quick temperature check (mandatory).
We will ask if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you answer yes, you will be asked to leave the studio.
After check-in, please place your belongings in the cubbies.
Please note to bring your own yoga mat, blanket(s) & wear attire you will be comfortable in.
Other recommendations: Water, pillows, eye masks and any sacred items (such as crystals)
